2017 DUES!

$95.00 due by 3/31/17

For 2017 the Countyside HOA has hired Homeowners Association Management, Inc. to handle our affairs. The copmany is locally operated and is very familar with our area as they also manage the Swift Creek Woods, Stoney Creek, and Eaton Glenn HOAs.

Our Dues have traditionally been $90. However, we felt the $5 increase to account for the increased costs to hire the management company was to the overall benfit of the neightborhood and is still in line with the dues from our neighboring communities.

Additionally, the due date was moved from February to March to allow extra time to transition our affairs to the new management copmany.
